General Questions
Here’s how you can refer your friends to earn credit to spend on your next purchase:
- Log into your account
- Select "Your Referrals"
- Select one of the sharing options (sharing link, social media or unique personal code)
- Once your friend(s) have completed their first order of £25 or more we will send you an email to let you know that your credit is in your account and ready to be spent.
After you have received a referral code...
- Create a new account
- Enter the unique code into the Referral Code field
- Your referral discount will automatically be applied at basket
If you already have an account but haven't placed your first order yet, simply log in and enter the unique code into the Discount Code field at basket.
At the top of your account section we will display both the number of people you have referred and the amount of credit you have earned through the referral scheme. Additionally, you will be able to see the same information on your referral page.
Rewards will be received within 24 hours after the dispatch date of your friend's order.
All rewarded credit that you receive will expire after 12 months.
- As long as your friend signs up for an account with either the referral link or your unique code, you’ll earn referral credit. The email address you referred used to sign up doesn’t need to be the same as the email address to which you sent the referral invitation.
- If your friends receive multiple referrals from multiple senders, only the sender of the referral link used when they create their account will earn credit.
- It must be your friend's first order from Selfish.
- They must use either your unique code or unique referral link when placing their order.
- Their order must come to £25 or more on qualifying products.
